Restrictions apply for orders that are considered over-sized or overweight or must be shipped by motor carrier freight. Should they be required, you will be notified by a kingvelo.com customer service representative with additional shipping charges once your order has been processed. Charges quoted will be based on actual shipping costs for weight and dimensions of the order in question.

Orders shipped to South Papua, Central Papua, Highland Papua, Southwest Papua, and other Indonesian territories are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged a flat rate of $30.00. Some restrictions based on the overall weight and size of the package may apply. You will be contacted by a kingvelo.com customer service representative regarding additional shipping charges after your order is processed if additional charges are required. The listed cost will be based on the actual shipping cost for the weight and dimensions of the order in question.

• Orders will be shipped directly from our head office or branch (the closest location). We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, and most orders will be shipped within 24 business hours.

• kingvelo.com may, at its sole discretion, choose the best shipping method for your item if you choose standard shipping. Typically, this method uses Fedex, UPS, KCG Express Delivery for in-stock items typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

• South Papua, Central Papua, Highland Papua, and Southwest Papua are subject to a flat shipping fee of $30.00.

• All items that need to be ordered from the manufacturer will be shipped the same day after we receive them. You will receive an email notification regarding your estimated lead time and/or backorder. kingvelo.com has a large inventory and is committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible.

• If your item is no longer available or has changed significantly, the kingvelo.com customer service team will contact you about your purchase.

• Once your shipment is processed, you will receive an email update with a tracking number.

International Shipping

• If your shipping address is outside of Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia & Indonesia, additional taxes beyond our control may apply to your order upon delivery. Please note that the shipping costs displayed on our website DO NOT INCLUDE customs fees, import duties, or brokerage and import fees. Since these additional charges are unforeseen and unrelated to KINGVELO, the recipient is responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery and/or pickup of your order.

• International shipping methods use FedEx , UPS or Pos Indonesia. Delivery for in-stock items typically takes 7 to 18 business days.  Free shipping for purchases over: $599.00

• The international shipping costs displayed on our website are estimates only. If the actual shipping costs exceed the estimates, we will notify you immediately. Rest assured, we will never charge additional shipping fees without your prior approval!

Demages

We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping to ensure and guarantee it is free from cosmetic damage and/or missing parts. While we take extra steps to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your product, issues during shipping—although rare—can still occur.

Upon receiving a shipment from kingvelo.com and our shipping partners, it is very important that you IMMEDIATELY inspect the package for damage BEFORE signing for it and before accepting the shipment from the courier. Any damage MUST be noted on the courier slip and IMMEDIATELY reported to kingvelo.com. If damage is discovered after receiving the shipment, it MUST be reported to kingvelo.com within 72 hours of delivery. If damage is reported more than 72 hours after delivery, kingvelo.com will not be responsible for replacing and/or repairing your order.

It's crucial to document the damage, which means photos of the outside of the box are a MUST along with any visible damage. It's crucial to preserve ALL packaging—bubble wrap, box, and pallet—as required by insurance companies to file a damage claim.

We will replace damaged products with an exchange of the SAME model and style ONLY.

If your package is left unsigned and damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at +62 831-8920-3912 or by email at info@kingvelo.com. Your package must be unopened, unused, and remain in the condition it was shipped to until you successfully file a claim with KINGVELO.

Electronics Returns - Serial Number Policy

When returning all electronic items, the serial number must match the original product's serial number and will be inspected. If the serial number does not match, no refund will be issued.
